HAC Improvement suggestions
« on: April 20, 2012, 05:17:18 PM »
Hi

HAC is a great tool, but the handleling could be easier:

for example, one can't copy/paste external texts into the editor.
there is no "upload" button in the library dialogs, this makes it particularise to handle images and sounds.
me as a beginner need some more code examples - that would be great - hallo world is to easy, lunar lander to hard, there is nothing between (or didn´t i found it?). i think there should be at least one example of each function (canvas, sprite, a.s.o.).
when i shrink the window and enlarge it again, somtimes the card windows bar is out of reach, so i have to shrink the window again in order to drag the card window to an other position - a bug?
some elements are not clickable, popup for example.
if possible, the editor should have some code presettings.

we had this topic already indeed, but the cards backround should be changeable as easy as the buttons one with a dropdown list of the images.

as to the rest, this tool is great and one can make quick and simple apps.
i´m looking forward of new updates and i hope some of my suggests come with the suit.

Hi

Thank you very much for taking the time to compile and give us this list - I'm now printing it out and will try get  some of these things acted on. There are some very important points here.
